Cheryl Hines

Cheryl Ruth Hines was born on September 21 of 1965 in Miami Beach, Florida, to Rosemary (Graham) and James Hines who she grew up in Tallahassee, Florida. She studied at West Virginia University, Florida State University as well as The University of Central Florida. After studying theater and TV production in Los Angeles, she realized that the art of comedy was something she really knew only after her studies at that university. The first instructor she had was Lisa Kudrow. She started to study how to create improvised scenes, and later draw comic sketches. It was a great way to make her ready for the job of Larry David's wife in the HBO show Curb Your Enthusiasm (2000). The actress is at ease since the dialogue used in this comedy is all improvised.
